I’m the creator of The FitzMƎTHOD Pilates
a modern approach to movement that blends strength, flow, and mindfulness. Rooted in the pillars of Mind, Movement, & Mastery, my vision is to make Pilates accessible, creative, and empowering for every woman. With a background in education and years of teaching experience, I’ve designed a method that helps clients and instructors alike move with confidence, connect deeply to their bodies, and rediscover what true strength feels like.

What is The FitzMethod?

Do I need any equipment to get started?
No experience needed. Classes are designed for all levels with clear guidance and optional progressions.
What classes are included?
Your membership includes Pilates Mat Flow, Barre Sculpt, and Mindful Strength classes, plus guided programs and new weekly content.
How often should I practice?
We recommend 3–5 times per week, but even 2 sessions weekly can create noticeable results with consistency.
